Hey there! Just a friendly reminder to keep your exchange items unworn and unwashed—let’s not turn them into a fashion statement of their own! If you’re returning something because it’s too big, keep in mind our shirts are 100 cotton and might shrink like your favorite sweater in the dryer after a few washes.
Now, about returns: we can’t take back custom-made or limited edition items, including those fabulous tufted rugs. They’re just for you, and let’s be honest, they’re not exactly resale material! For custom products, we only do exchanges if they’re damaged or defective—no “I changed my mind” shenanigans here. Same goes for our limited edition goodies!
